Delivery & Shipping Policy
Summary
- Digital delivery: Most tickets/confirmations are delivered digitally (email/in-app).
- Physical shipping (some events): For certain events, the organiser may ship physical tickets/passes/merchandise where explicitly stated on the event page/checkout. In such cases, the organiser is solely responsible for shipping, delivery timelines, and fulfilment.
1) Digital delivery (default)
- Delivered via email to the address used at checkout and/or via the in-app "My Tickets/Bookings" section (if applicable).
- Digital delivery is usually within 15 minutes of successful payment (often instantly).
If you do not receive your digital ticket/confirmation:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Verify the email/phone used at checkout
- Contact support at support@thumpn.com with your Order ID / booking reference
2) Physical shipping (only where explicitly offered by organiser)
If physical tickets/passes are offered, the event page/checkout will indicate:
- Whether physical shipping is required/available
- Shipping address requirements
- Expected dispatch/delivery timelines (as provided by the organiser)
- Any shipping fees (if applicable)
Organiser responsibility
- The organiser is responsible for packaging, dispatch, courier selection, tracking, delivery, and handling shipping-related customer queries.
Thumpn responsibility
- Thumpn provides the platform for discovery/booking and may facilitate support routing, but does not take responsibility for physical shipping delays, loss, damage, or courier performance.
3) If you did not receive your ticket/confirmation
- For digital: Check spam/junk, verify your email/phone used at checkout, then contact support@thumpn.com with your booking reference.
- For physical: Contact support@thumpn.com with your booking reference; we will route your request to the organiser, who will handle fulfilment.
4) Entry requirements
Some venues may require a valid ID matching the booking name. Venue rules are set by organisers/venues.
