1) Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Thumpn, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2) Nature of service

Thumpn provides event discovery and a platform to purchase/issue tickets/registrations. Event organisers are responsible for event delivery, venue rules, artist line-ups, and fulfilment.

3) Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials/OTP access.
• You agree that information you provide is accurate and kept up-to-date.

4) Pricing, fees, and taxes

Ticket prices are shown on the event page and at checkout. Applicable taxes and any platform/service fees (if any) are displayed before payment confirmation. Please refer to the Pricing Details page for more information.

5) Delivery of tickets

Tickets may be delivered digitally (email/in-app) and, for certain events, may require physical fulfilment by the organiser. Please refer to the Delivery & Shipping Policy page for details.

6) Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations are not permitted by default unless an organiser enables them for a specific event and discloses the policy at purchase time. Refund rules vary by event and are governed by the organiser's policy shown during checkout, plus our platform policy. Please refer to the Cancellation & Refund Policy page for details.

7) Prohibited activities

You must not:

• Attempt to abuse discounts, resell where prohibited, or duplicate tickets/QR codes
• Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity
• Interfere with platform security, availability, or other users

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Thumpn will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our liability (if any) is limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking.

9) Disputes

If you have a dispute, contact support first at support@thumpn.com.

10) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

11) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Mumbai.
